July 2017 Clark Rich Burbidge has just received his sixth gold seal in a row from the Mom’s Choice Awards. This time, it’s for StarPassage: Book Two, Heroes and Martyrs. The Mom’s Choice Awards “is globally recognized for establishing the benchmark of excellence in family-friendly media, products and services.” They evaluate thousands of products and services, and their seal of approval marks only the most deserving items. To be a six-time gold seal recipient is no small thing. Heroes and Martyrs, which releases on July 27, is the second in Burbidge’s adventure-filled StarPassage series. The cast of characters has expanded to include Bobby and Mike, two brothers who struggle to recover from a terrible accident. The brothers, along with returning characters Tim and Martie, travel through time to save lives, escape evil “Trackers,” and experience some of the most exciting and terrifying moments in history.
