Author Bio

Liz Watkins and her husband Carey live in Newcastle, Australia. They have been married for twenty-four years now, working together in business all that time, and have two grown daughters who live and work in Canada. They love missions, ministry and traveling the world to share the message of God’s grace.

Liz is a gifted leader who has also worked alongside pastors building small churches and speaking into the lives of women. Once an unwed pregnant teenager, Liz speaks from experience to young women who find themselves in difficult circumstances. Liz chose to have her daughter Hannah, and a few years later met Carey, who became a wonderful husband and father to Hannah and their other daughter Rebekah.

The impact Hannah has had on hundreds of people through her passion for missions is what inspired A Life Less Lived. As a speaker Liz is known for her prophetic and authentic down-to-earth messages, and her honest, upfront approach to Women’s Ministry brings a fresh viewpoint and clarity to life’s issues.
